Privacy Policy
How Voxeværket handles personal data. A plain-language overview of what we collect, why, and for how long.
Last updated April 22, 2026. This policy explains what information Voxeværket collects about you through voxevaerket.dk, why, and what you can do about it. The policy is currently undergoing legal review by the client.
Who We Are
Voxeværket ApS operates a network of serviced offices in Denmark and is the data controller for information collected via voxevaerket.dk. Contact: kontakt@voxevaerket.dk.
What information we use
- Forms: When you fill out a form, we save your name, email address, phone number, and your question in our CRM (GoHighLevel) so we can respond to you.
- Statistics (requires consent): Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to track page views and clicks—always in aggregate form.
- Marketing (requires consent): Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) and Google Ads parameters (gclid, wbraid, gbraid, fbclid) are used to track ads. We also store your landing page in your browser.
Who we share with
- Google — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversions.
- Meta — Advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- GoHighLevel — our CRM where forms land.
- Sanity and Vercel — content and hosting, respectively. No personal data is collected beyond what is necessary to display the page.
How long we keep it
- Google Analytics 4: 14 months (GA4's default user data retention period).
- Meta Pixel: up to 180 days (Meta's standard for match windows).
- CRM contacts: until you ask us to delete them, or up to 5 years after the last activity, in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and transfer your data. Please contact kontakt@voxevaerket.dk. You may also file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).

You can change your cookie consent at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of the page, or view the overview at /cookies.
