Terms and Conditions for Printers and Scanners

Voxeværket provides a shared printer and scanner system for its tenants, which tenants are entitled to use freely, subject to the following terms and conditions.

The tenant is solely responsible for the data that the tenant prints or scans on the systems, and Voxeværket cannot be held liable, including jointly liable, for this.

It is therefore the tenant’s own responsibility to ensure that they have the right—including the legal basis and grounds for processing—to process, print, and scan the information, as well as to forward it via email to themselves or others, if necessary.

Voxeværket cannot be held liable for the processing of information or for claims for damages resulting from the unauthorized processing of information, including data breaches or data leaks.
