Three ways to collaborate
We tailor the agreement to your property—not the other way around
Some owners want financial stability. Others want to retain the potential for appreciation. A third group wants to sell the property entirely. We can structure an agreement that works for you.
Leasing model
We will lease the entire property from you under a long-term lease agreement and handle all management, rental operations, and risk. You will receive a fixed monthly income.
