Final Confirmation
Your reservation is not final until you have received a confirmation by email.
More than 7 days
Cancellations can be made free of charge.
Less than 7 days
100% of the total booking price will be charged.
Booking
Meeting rooms can be booked through our website or by arrangement with Voxeværket ApS.
A booking is not considered final until the customer has received a booking confirmation via email.
Voxeværket ApS reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in the event of errors, double bookings, or force majeure.
Prices
All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at the time of booking is the price that applies to that reservation.
Any additional services, including catering, audiovisual equipment, or other services, will be billed separately unless otherwise agreed.
Payment
Voxeværket ApS accepts payment via:
- Visa/Dankort
- Visa
- Mastercard
- MobilePay
- Bank Transfer
Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of non-payment, Voxeværket ApS reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Changes and Cancellations
More than 7 days before the booking: Cancellations can be made free of charge.
Less than 7 days before the booking: 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
If you wish to change your reservation to a different time, Voxeværket ApS will try to accommodate your request to the extent possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Absence
In the event of a no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Cancellation from Voxeværket
If Voxeværket ApS is forced to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be offered either:
- a new booking for a different time, or
- a full refund of the amount paid.
Voxeværket ApS cannot be held liable for indirect losses or consequential damages.
Right of Withdrawal
When booking meeting rooms for a specific date or time period, the general 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, cf. Section 18(2)(12) of the Consumer Contracts Act, as this involves a leisure or business-related service provided on a specific date or within a specific time period.
Use of Meeting Rooms
The person or company making the reservation is responsible for:
- that the facility is used responsibly
- that the applicable house rules are followed
- that the furnishings are treated with care
- that any damage must be reported immediately to Voxeværket ApS
The customer is liable for damages resulting from negligence or breach of contract.
The room must be left in a reasonably tidy condition no later than the end of the reservation.
Limitation of Liability
Voxeværket ApS cannot be held liable for:
- lost or abandoned items
- technical errors beyond our control
- Internet outage
- power outage
- force majeure, including fire, strike, pandemic, government order, or similar circumstances
Reimbursement
Any refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.
When making a bank transfer, the customer is asked to provide their registration number and account number.
Privacy Policy
In order to process a booking, we process the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Payment Information
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy.
Options for Filing a Complaint
If you have a complaint about a booking made with Voxeværket ApS, please contact us at ho@voxevaerket.dk.
If we are unable to find a solution, consumers can locate the appropriate appeals body and complaints portal through Nævnenes Hus and the public consumer portal.
