For a long time, we've had to make do with limited online meetings, tours

on movie posters and liquor stands in every single office building—but that’s over now! Voxeværket is back with lots of exciting news, many more opportunities, and even bigger ambitions for and with you. In the video, you’ll also get a sneak peek at the new office hotels, and you can even meet our adorable office dog, Balou.

We're expanding—three new serviced office spaces!

As you may have noticed, we’ve added three new addresses to Voxeværket’s already extensive list. The first—and most recently completed—office complex is located in Taulov. The building is situated just one minute from the highway and connects Northern, Western, and Southern Jutland as well as Funen. Voxeværket Taulov has space for approximately 15 tenants and is ideal for those who travel throughout Denmark. This more modern and stylish office hotel also serves as a replacement for the old Voxeværket Fredericia, which you—if you’re already a tenant—may remember. For those of you with many business connections to Germany, our new office hotel in Tønder

Absolutely perfect! Voxeværket Tønder will be one of our larger properties, with a full 600 square meters available for rent. Our office complex in Padborg was getting quite full, and we look forward to soon being able to offer more space in the south. We’re also opening a brand-new health center—a sector we haven’t been involved in before—in Bagsværd. The office hotel will focus on health and wellness, and it’s an especially great option for those of you who work in all forms of treatment, therapy, consultation, and clinical practice. Here, we have space for as many as 20 tenants, so there’s plenty of room for you and your business. All the new office hotels also create more opportunities for all our current tenants. We can now offer even more meeting rooms that you can book

and use as much as you want.

New Faces - Meet Us

In addition to our serviced offices, we’ve also expanded our team. Meet our three new team members here! To assist with both move-ins and move-outs, we’ve hired On-Board Manager Jonathan Davies. His job is to give all our new tenants a warm and welcoming reception, and to say a friendly goodbye and “see you soon” to those who are leaving us. You can also always reach out to Jonathan if you encounter any practical challenges in your office. He’s ready to help you. Peter and Nils Peter have been hired as our two new service representatives. If you’re a tenant in West Jutland, Peter would be happy to assist you. If, on the other hand, you’re on Zealand, Nils Peter is available to help you and your business. So if you have any challenges or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Their main task is to ensure that your experience with us at Voxeværket is smooth and beneficial.

We look forward to seeing you Our headquarters has moved from Roskilde

to Havdrup, where our CEO Marcus Oxe is seated alongside Henrik Oxe, bookkeeper Eva Johannesen, and student assistant Luna Chrøis. You’ll also often find Balou, our office dog, wandering among the desks. You’ll soon be able to set up a remote storage unit in Havdrup. We have 300 square meters of storage space available at that location, and you’re more than welcome to use it. And we’re not done yet—we actually have plans to open many more office hotels in the near future. We’re really looking forward to meeting you, “renting” with you, and showing you all the opportunities and new benefits you’ll get with us at Voxeværket.
